You'll notice that we don't have a clickable shipping option, on our website.
As our range varies greatly in terms of size, shape and weight, we've removed the option from checkout, instead opting to quote customers on an individual basis.

If you would like your order shipped, please don't hesitate to ask and we'll invoice you separately, using the best valued option - direct from the supplier, a local carrier or even ourselves!

Shipping this way ensures the best value and suitable service for our customers, each and every time.

Please take the time to provide the following information when requesting a shipping quote:

  1. Name

  2. Best contact number

  3. Address including whether you're at a residential or commercial premises

  4. Ease of access - ground floor, stairs, how many flights etc?

  5. Are you available to assist with unloading (bulky items) or have any special instructions?

  6. Authority to leave unattended (this is always the default).

At Focused on Fitness we want you to be happy with your purchase.

​

There is no place for bad results, thoughts, negative reviews or bad karma! If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to work it all out.

 

Most items can be returned provided four rules are strictly followed...

  1. The item/s are returned within 14 days of the receipt of your goods.

  2. The item/s are returned in EXACTLY the same condition in which they were received.

  3. You understand that any shipping charges incurred at purchase are not eligible for refund.

  4. You have obtained a Return Authority Number

All products purchased from Focused on Fitness are covered by Consumer Guarantees  in the Australian Consumer Laws.

 

You are covered for (but not limited to) your goods being of acceptable quality, fit for their particular purpose and match their description.

Major failures are covered by the above examples. With regards to minor failures, Focused on Fitness may elect to repair the goods, offer a replacement or a refund.

 

Special note items:

  • Racquet string breakage cannot be covered under warranty. Focused on Fitness does not have the means to restring any kind of racquet and all are supplied factory fitted.

  • Cue tips can occasionally break off within only a few hits. Although this is not deemed reason to replace a cue, we will either re-glue the tip or instruct you as to how to do it.

  • Pool cues are rarely perfectly straight. Whilst every effort is made to ensure perfection, a slight roll "bump" is not covered under warranty.

REFUNDING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Focused on Fitness to determine the best course of action. Focused on Fitness will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.


2. A copy of the Focused on Fitness credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Focused on Fitness invoice may be requested prior to Focused on Fitness Customer Service issuing a "Return Authorisation" (R.A.).


3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Focused on Fitness reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing. An inspection will be carried out prior to moving forward with the request.


4. An R.A. number must be obtained prior to returning the product;.

5. Upon written receipt of the R.A. number, send product to:

6. Please mark with the R.A. number on the outside of the package.


7. A copy of the Focused on Fitness credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Focused on Fitness invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.


8. Products received without an R.A. number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.


9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.


10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to the Focused on Fitness Langwarrin, Vic. warehouse.

The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Focused on Fitness is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.


11. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


12. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.


RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY


1. To return a product under the warranty policy, read and understand the returns policy outlined above.


2. An R.A. number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
to request an R.A. number, please email info.focusedonfitness@gmail.com and provide the
following information:

4. Upon receipt of the R.A. number, send product to:

You have up to 14 days from Focused on Fitness issuing your R.A. number to return your product to our facility. Products received after the 14 day period may be returned to you.

6. A copy of the credit card receipt and Focused on Fitness invoice if applicable, must be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.


7. Products received without an R.A. number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.


8. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you
via ground shipment.
